Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete personal data that the Zumeer Asif Automations service holds about you.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request.
- Include the WhatsApp number the messages were sent to, and the store name or order number if you know it.
- We delete the matching data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data held by the store
Order details stored in a store's own system (for example its Shopify admin) are controlled by that store. We pass your request on to the store, and you can also contact the store directly.
Messages on your phone
Messages already delivered to your WhatsApp stay on your device until you delete them. Meta's handling of WhatsApp data is described in WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
For merchants
To disconnect the Service, remove the app's access in your Meta Business settings and uninstall the store app, then email us. We delete your stored credentials and remaining data within 30 days.
